We’ve attached for you a video highlighting a discussion (debate) between Ron Ryan, Ryan ALM (and a KCS strategic partner) two leading actuaries, and an asset consultant.  The session took place at the Florida Public Pension Trustees’ Association (FPPTA) conference in June.
